Our North America retail business puts those products in front of millions of consumers through the country's largest electronics and mass retailers.\nThe role:\nWe're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and grow Withings' presence across major US retail accounts - Best Buy, Target, DSG, and HSA/FSA channels among them. This is a hands-on, hunter-and-farmer role: you'll deepen the partnerships we already have while aggressively opening new distribution ground in pharmacy, jewelry, sporting goods, and specialty health retail. You'll report to the Head of Retail Sales.\nWhat you’ll do:\nGrow sell-in and sell-out across major US accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, promotional calendars, and on-shelf presence that strengthen Withings' position as a strategic partner.\nOpen new distribution verticals - including pharmacy, jewelry, sport shops, and FSA/HSA stores - building relationships with buyers and decision-makers from the ground up.\nExpand Withings' footprint in Canada and Mexico by developing existing distributor partnerships.\nDesign and execute trade marketing campaigns, in-store and online, that convert into measurable sell-out lift.\nGuide the day-to-day work of a Channel Marketing Specialist, keeping activations aligned with commercial priorities even without formal reporting authority.\nMonitor stock levels, forecast accuracy, and sell-out data to head off out-of-stock risk and keep inventory healthy.\nTrack co-op and MDF trade investment against ROI, and adjust spend to maximize return.\nTravel extensively across the region to visit accounts, audit stores, and meet partners in the field.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll bring\n3+ years managing key retail accounts in the US market, ideally in consumer electronics, wearables, or connected technology.\nA proven track record of both growing existing accounts and opening new distribution channels from scratch.\nStrong negotiation skills and a sharp analytical mindset - fluent in retail KPIs, sales planning, and performance data.\nComfort leading cross-functional work and shaping marketing execution without formal authority over the people involved.\nWillingness to travel extensively within the territory for account visits, store audits, and partner meetings.\nBonus points for\nFluency in French and/or Spanish.\nExperience managing distributor relationships in Canada or Mexico.\nBackground in an agile start-up or scale-up environment.\nBenefits\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive base salary plus commission structure.\nHealth coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision), life insurance, and short/long-term disability.\n6% 401(k) company match.\nGenerous PTO including vacation, sick days, and public holidays;
