Spend Your Time:\nOverseeing valuation analyses fortax, financial reporting, and advisory purposes (enterprise values, stock\noptions, warrants, convertible debt, equity allocations across complex\ncapital structures, and other complex securities/derivatives) primarily in\nExcel\n\nImplementing and improving processesin performing valuations and writing and preparing of reports, letters,\nand other client deliverables\n\nAssisting in review of third partyappraisals for audit support purposes.\n\nAssisting in the development,maintenance, application of models using Excel and VBA for Monte Carlo,\nlattices, or other complex methods as requested\n\nReviewing and gaining a sufficientunderstanding of the necessary tax and financial reporting guidance\ngoverning the analysis\n\nRequirements\nQualification: CommerceGraduate/Postgraduate\n\nExperience: 8 -10 years in businessvaluations in CFI & 409A is required \n\nIn-depth understanding of valuationmethods such as discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction,\nand option pricing\n\nExperience in valuation of complexfinancial instruments is strongly preferred\n\nValuation related certificationincluding ASA, CVA, ABV, CEIV, or CFA\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel andCapital IQ preferred\n\nAbility to program in VBA and/orother statistical package a plus\n\nCapacity to work
