Spend Your Time:\nLead the engagement team staff on the planning\nand execution of an audit, review or compilation engagement to effectively and\nefficiently provide world-class client service to real estate, technology and\nfinancial services clients.\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the audit\nengagement from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting and\nthe conclusion.\nProvide supervision and support to the\nengagement staff, seniors and supervisors and promote open communication to the\nengagement partner.\nCollaborate with engagement team partners on\nclient issue resolution and make recommendations for any legal, regulatory, and\naccounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.\nManage multiple engagements concurrently with\nvarious teams to efficiently meet client deadlines\nCreate and track engagement budgets to review\nfor inefficiencies that may arise during the audit\nConduct constructive discussions with team\nmembers on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in accounting or Masters;\nCPA is preferred.\nAt least 6+ years of public accounting\nexperience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.\nExperience auditing real estate, technology and financial services clients\npreferred Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including\nfamiliarity with US GAAP.\nExceptional client service and communication\nskills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal\nrelationships.\nAbility to manage multiple engagements and\ncompeting projects\nStrong leadership, training, and mentoring\nskills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to\nrepresent the Firm well to
