spend your time:\n· Reviewing\nfinancial statements of commercial and financial service clients for compliance\nwith professional and Firm standards, including engagement team interaction\n· Reviewing\nworking papers and complex accounting transactions for completeness and\naccuracy\n· Creating and\nimplementing specific proactive Firm-wide policies and concepts that\ncontinuously improve the quality of our Audit and Accounting practice.\n· Assisting in\nthe planning and execution of various projects to provide support in connection\nwith our internal inspections and targeted binder inspections.\n· Assisting\nwith other specific technical projects as requested, such as independence\nmatters, research projects, Quality Control Document revisions, training\ninitiatives, etc.\n· Demonstrating\ncompetency of technical skills, work quality, and the application of\nprofessional and Firm standards\n· Promoting and\nmonitoring compliance with regulations and ethical standards set forth by the\nFirm and other governing bodies.\n· Developing\nprofessionally through reading, attending trainings/seminars/CPE, and accepting\nchallenging projects\n· Understanding\ngeneral business trends and how they may relate to client needs/issues\n· Assisting in\nproject driven functions performed around data analysis and reporting to\nManagement\n· Assisting and\nleading in the binder review and engagement cleanup process\nRequirements\n·Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or\nrelated field\n·CPA Licensure (or international equivalent)\n·Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification,\nhands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firm.\n·ExcellentcurrenttechnicalGAAPandGAASknowledge;possessionofcurrentCPEreflectingup- to-date technical knowledge.\n·Experiencewithcommercialentities,financialservicesentitiesandemployeebenefitplanaudits\n·Abilitytoresearchcomplexaccountingandauditingissues,includingGAAP,GAAS,SSARS\n(compilation and review), SEC and PCAOB
