The Waymo Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states.\nWaymo's Partner and Vendor Audit Team is a collaborative and innovative group responsible for protecting the integrity, safety, and operational continuity of the Waymo ecosystem by validating that external entities continuously meet our standards. Our team manages the audit programs that hold external partners accountable and ensures issues are remediated in a timely manner. In this role, you will lead assurance activities with our most strategic partners, manage ongoing assurance relationships, and make a company-wide impact.\nThis position is a remote role and reports to the Head of Partner Audit.\nYou will:\nOversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards\nReview audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines.\nCollaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans.\nFollow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off\nProvide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes.\nProvide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance\nYou have:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field or equivalent practical experience\n5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role\nStrong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills\nWe prefer:\nProfessional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other similar certifications\nExperience in risk management and compliance program development\nExperience conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits\nExperience in project management\nTravel requirements:\nUp to 50% travel required\nIn accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees.
