We combine AI-enabled execution with experienced human judgment and clear responsibility, helping companies move from an idea to a working software product faster and with less complexity.\r\n\nWe are not simply adding new tools to an established development process. We are rethinking the software development lifecycle from the ground up, and applying that approach to real products today.\r\n\nWe offer clients a development service, powered by internal tooling.\r\n\nAbout the position\r\n\nWe are looking for a Product Engineer (m/f/d) who thinks in systems, works confidently through ambiguity, and builds solutions that improve processes, solve client problems, and move our platform forward.\r\n\nFrom day one, you will take meaningful responsibility in a fast-moving environment. You will work with our internal tools and delivery processes, help develop them further, and move projects forward independently, even when the path is not yet fully defined.\r\n\nYour work will span client products, our internal platform, and the broader challenge of defining what an AI-native software development lifecycle will look like.\r\n\nFrom the beginning, you will:\r\n\n take ownership of client projects and design, develop, and improve modern web applications from frontend to backend\n\n pragmatically integrate AI tools and LLM-based features into client solutions and internal workflows\n\n design systems, APIs, services, and data models, not just individual features\n\n improve and further develop existing products, internal tools, and our Platform\n\n make clear and well-reasoned technical decisions, choosing technologies based on the problem\n\n work directly with clients, founders, and business stakeholders while actively helping shape our development process\n\nWhat matters to us\r\n\n At least 5 years of practical software development experience with strong project references, ideally in fullstack web development\n\n You bring energy, curiosity, and ambition, and you want to help shape how modern software development with AI will work in the future\n\n You have already built modern web applications and worked on both frontend and backend\n\n Solid understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture, and system design\n\n You get up to speed quickly in new stacks, tools, and domains\n\n You can translate unclear requirements into pragmatic technical solutions\n\n Genuine interest in AI as a tool, not just as a buzzword\n\n Working independently is a requirement for you, not a bonus\n\nA strong plus:\r\n\n Experience with cloud architecture\n\n Experience with automation, e.g. CI/CD, testing, deployment\n\n Strong experience with Python and React.js\n\nWe are a small team that works fast, takes responsibility, and takes the work seriously without losing the fun in it.
