You will play a key role in the growth of our business by driving top of funnel outreach and pipeline growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Strong emphasis on proactive outbound prospecting - researching target accounts, personalizing outreach, and driving first-touch conversations to create pipeline.\n\nQualifying Leads: Engage with leads to qualify their needs, budget, and timeline, and ensure they are a good fit for our platform.\n\nNurture Relationships: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects, educating them on our product offerings and the value of WitnessAI.\n\nScheduling Demos/Meetings: Book qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions from SDR to the supporting Regional Sales Director(s).\n\nCRM Management: Update and manage prospect data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and pipeline activity.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with sales and the marketing team to align efforts and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.\n\nSales Training & Development: Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and knowledge about our products, the industry, and best practices.\n\nQualifications:\n1+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS or technology).\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.\n\nSelf-motivated with a hunger to learn, grow, and exceed goals.\n\nExperience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).\n\nExcellent organizational skills and
