Wir suchen kaufmännische Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit für unser Büro in Hof/Saale.
Aufgaben
IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen
- Mitwirkung bei der Kosten- und Angebotserstellung sowie Auswertungen von Angeboten
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Projekt- und Kundendaten
- Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Terminplanung und Korrespondenz (E-Mail, Post, Telefon)
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Abstimmungen mit Projektbeteiligten
- Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen und administrativer Support der Projektleitung
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen der Büro- und Projektorganisation
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Berichten
Qualifikation
IHR PROFIL
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Zusatz-Qualifikation im Bereich der Ausschreibung/Kalkulation, bzw. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung z.B. als Meister oder Bautechniker
- Baurechtliche, konstruktive Kenntnisse
- Verhandlungssicher
- Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Software: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Project
- Erfahrungen mit der AVA-Software CaliforniaX
- Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und vernetztes Denken
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
