Backed by a worldwide sales and service network, the company is renowned for its award-winning local service and support.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production schedules. The ideal candidate has strong electro/mechanical aptitude, experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeters. Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nAssemble electrical components, control panels, wiring harnesses, cables, and related systems\nPerform cable routing, wire termination, crimping, soldering, labeling, and connector installation\nRead and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs) \nPerform adjustments, alignments, and basic troubleshooting during assembly \nMaintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines \nCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly issues \nRecord production and quality data as required \nInspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy \nMeet daily production targets and deadlines \nComplete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.\nMaintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude when dealing with internal and external customers.\nParticipate in year-end inventory projects as required.\nBe available to work additional hours when required.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nAbility to read measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, fluke meters, and micrometers \nBasic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and components \nAbility to read blueprints and assembly instructions \nStrong attention to detail and quality standards \nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)\n1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or warehouse position (preferred)\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to perform frequent bending, lifting, and moving of materials\nLifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.\nGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity \n Compensation & Benefits\nWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonus/incentive opportunities, health and dental coverage, voluntary insurance, retirement benefits with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.\nSalary Description\n$18.00 -
