In this role, you’ll lead a talented team of engineers, driving the technical vision and execution of high-scale cloud infrastructure. You’ll ensure security, resilience, and automation are integral to our engineering culture, while pioneering the adoption of AI-driven tools.\nIn your day-to-day, you will:\nLead, mentor, and develop the technical skills of the DevSecOps team \nCollaborate with Product and R&D teams to design scalable and secure distributed systems, evaluate planned changes, and architect infrastructure blueprints \nBuild and automate multi-K8s environments, microservices, and internal infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm \nImplement a security-first approach, integrating CI/CD pipelines (GitOps) and secure-by-design infrastructure \nDrive the adoption of AI-driven solutions for automation, monitoring resilience, incident response, and threat intelligence \nOversee modern cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls) and application security frameworks \n**\nAt Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.\n 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SecOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or mentoring role \nIn-depth understanding and production experience with Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), Docker, and Helm \nExtensive knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and expertise in IaC tools like Terraform and Terragrunt \nProven experience with modern CI/CD methodologies and GitOps (Git) \nStrong development experience in Python. Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript - an advantage \nProduction experience on Linux-based infrastructure and strong networking foundations (TCP/IP, DNS, Load-balancers) \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hebrew \nAn advantage if you have:\nExperience securing AI/LLM pipelines or utilizing AI tools for automated operations \nKnowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and writing security procedures, policies, and compliance frameworks \n We’re responsible for defining Wix's system architecture, developing and innovating enterprise solutions to meet our needs. We design cloud network and security standards and maintain our global infrastructure.
