This role will focus on supporting our existing Account Executives while providing opportunities for professional growth and advancement. It’s a great opportunity to step into a career in sales.\nOn a day-to-day basis you will:\nFocus on setting meetings for the outbound Point-of-Sale (POS) sales team with small and medium sized businesses that are not currently utilizing the Wix platform\n\nManage outbound lead flows for the Wix POS team. Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities\n\nCollaborate with and learn from account executives, product development and marketing teams to develop and qualify new target accounts, build call strategies, and improve messaging\n\nEngage with prospects by phone, email, and social by following a consistent and repeatable top of funnel sales process\n\nKeep up with Wix POS product knowledge and industry changes to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects\n\nWork to meet defined metric goals surrounding calls, emails and set meetings\n\nStay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings\n\nConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and sales targets\n\n Aspiring sales professional with at least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nA hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs\n\nUnderstand the value of quality over quantity\n\nStrong attention to detail and highly organized\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent project management and organization skills\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nA basic understanding of the POS industry\n\nExperience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce\n\nAn understanding of the Wix commerce platform\n\n As Wix’s POS team we are responsible for the solution that brings on-premise technology to businesses at scale.
