# Procurement Business Partner – Base44

Base44 is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a hands-on, highly driven procurement business partner to join our team and help scale our procurement function. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end procurement processes- focusing heavily on technology and SaaS- while partnering closely with Legal, FP&A, and senior technical stakeholders. In your day-to-day, you will Drive the full purchasing lifecycle: from initial intake and purchase order creation to vendor onboarding and renewal tracking- across SaaS, cloud, AI, brand, and professional services Lead negotiations with local and international suppliers on pricing, SLA, and terms, utilizing market benchmarks and vendor comparisons to optimize spend Partner closely with the Legal team to review, analyze, and negotiate commercial terms within supplier agreements Work hand-in-hand with Finops, FP&A and technical leads (Engineering, Product, IT) to evaluate vendor necessity, scope, and implementation timelines Build strong
