This role is highly visible and strategic with direct impact on growing referrals into our unified commerce sales team. You will be responsible for driving new referral partners, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth partner onboarding experience.\nOn a day-to-day basis you will:\nIdentify, qualify, prospect and close new referral partnership opportunities for unified commerce and POS products\n\nDesign and execute the global referral partner strategy for unified commerce\n\nBuild and foster relationships with partners in the North America and UK markets\n\nIncludes discovery, presentation with demo calls to understand partner needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities\n\nManage the full sales cycle-from lead generation through negotiation, contract and onboarding the referral partner\n\nWork closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences and be the true voice of the referral partner\n\nSupport partner enablement programs including training, certification, sales playbooks, partner onboarding, and ongoing field support\n\nSubject matter expert in unified commerce, POS solutions, payments and vertical market requirements\n\nStay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings\n\nConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets\n\n 2+ years of experience in SaaS partnership or sales experience. Preference is an eCommerce, point-of-sale or payments background\n\nIndustry knowledge related to verticals, such as retail and services\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong presentation and negotiation skills\n\nA hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and partner-focused KPIs\n\nExcellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and partner buying journeys\n\nYou’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing\n\n Wix Point of Sale (POS) is a tool integrated directly with our most established product offerings, allowing our users to bridge the gap between their online presence and in person experience. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
