Your expertise will safeguard financial transfers while ensuring that Wix users are able to safely accept payments online. We use cutting-edge technology to protect all of our customers and we're expanding our online financial services worldwide.\nIn your day-to-day, you will:\nConduct manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and AI-powered reviews of business models and processing , assess exposure, and calculate potential loss.\nDecide on risk acceptance or account termination - make merchant approval/rejection decisions, including setting rolling/fixed reserves and payout restrictions\nAssess merchants' compliance, fraud and financial risks\nMonitor merchant’s business models, transactions and merchant behavior for volume spikes, refund anomalies, bust-out patterns, and chargeback risk; configure compliance, fraud/risk rules \nPerform complex investigations to minimize losses\nWork model: fully in-person, 5 days a week from the office. Flexibility remains a core Wix value, and special requests are handled at the team level.\n You are:\nAn analyst with 4+ years of experience in hands-on compliance, risk evaluation, fraud detection or underwriting. \nYou know card scheme rules and the financial transaction lifecycle, from authorization to chargeback. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, hate wasting time, and are obsessive about optimizing your and your team's workflows. \nCommunicate clearly in written and spoken English. \nFamiliar with AI tools for completing daily tasks.\nNice to have: SQL and enhanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables, statistical package, macros)\n You'll join Wix's Risk team, ensuring business and financial compliance across the platform. The team collaborates closely to identify risks, apply solutions, and safeguard operational integrity.
