This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.\n We are looking for a sharp, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to manage the social presence of some of Wix's biggest brands, including Wix.com, Wix Studio and Symphony. You will own the strategy and the craft: planning what we say and where, then creating the short-form videos that bring it to life, for both organic and paid, from A to Z.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who lives on social, spots trends before they peak, and can take an idea from a first hook to a published video on their own.\nOn your day to day you will:\nEstablish social media strategies for various Wix products across short form video platforms - TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.\n\nBuild and manage content calendars, balancing always-on organic content with campaign, launch and product moments\n\nCreate short-form video content from A to Z: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, captioning and publishing, for both organic and paid use\n\nDevelop platform-native content that fits the nuances of each channel and each brand's voice and audience\n\nPartner with the paid media team to produce, test and iterate on social ad creative, including hooks, formats and variations\n\nMonitor trends, memes, sounds and formats, and turn them into timely content that feels native and fresh\n\nTrack performance across channels, report on results and use insights to optimize content, formats and posting strategy\n\nUse AI and automation tools to speed up ideation, production and editing, and experiment with new workflows\n\n 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role (agency, in-house at a tech/AI brand or personal brand experience all count)\n\nProven ability to create short-form video end to end, with a portfolio or sample videos that show your work\n\nHands-on editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar\n\nHands-on experience with Ai video creation tools, like Higgsfield, Weavy or similar\n\nA fresh perspective on social and an intuitive grasp of trends, formats, creators and culture across TikTok, Instagram and beyond\n\nNatural instinct for strong hooks, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling\n\nUnderstanding of content strategy and planning, including calendars, platform best practices and audience insights\n\nFamiliarity with paid social creative and what makes an ad perform, or strong curiosity to learn fast\n\nStrong writing skills and a clear, clever tone of voice\n\nAnalytical mindset: comfortable reading metrics and adapting based on performance\n\nSelf-starter who ships consistently, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills;
