In your day-to-day, you will:\nProactively source and engage candidates via multiple sourcing channels\n\nMaintain a strong talent pipeline\n\nConduct market research and stay informed about industry trends\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to create strong talent pools\n\nOwn your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process\nAt Wix, we believe our best work happens together.
