This same vision defines us as an employer: creating a work environment where everyone is welcome, and anyone has the right to succeed.\n Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, and Editor groups to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products.\n\nTake charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich prototypes\n\nConduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, etc.\n\nMap all scenarios and create product flows\n\nDrive the full design cycle, from inspiration to a working, pixel-perfect product - using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas hands-on.\n\nAnalyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users once a product is launched\n\n 3+ years of UX + UI design experience in product teams.\n\nStrong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle - from research to prototyping, design, usability testing and more.\n\nHands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex, with enough technical and development knowledge to build functional prototypes, understand code, and collaborate closely with engineers.\n\nProficient in working with Figma with strong focus on building and working with a design system.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning.\n\nStrategic thinker who quickly grasps complex systems and turns them into clear, pixel-perfect design solutions.\n\n The Editor Platform group is at the core of Wix’s ecosystem, building the infrastructure that runs Wix's core product, the Editors.
