You'll oversee the creation of one of the busiest Scala and Node.js services at Wix, handling over 1 million RPM. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our Server Side Rendering (SSR) processes are efficient and scalable.\nIn your day-to-day, you will:\nLead the team responsible for managing all of Wix’s public traffic (> 1 million RPM)\nProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship\nDesign, develop, and lead major features\nMaintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits\nIdentify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team\nCollaborate with various stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain extraordinary features\nSolve challenging problems in complex business flows with creative solutions\n***\nAt Wix, we believe our best work happens together. We provide integrated tools for microservice development within Wix to help improve developer productivity and best practices. These tools streamline the development process and reduce cognitive load, allowing Wix Engineers to concentrate on their domain, architecture, and business logic.
