Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow even the best companies to move faster, all while having some fun!\nMinimum qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in security or threat research, with a focus on either advanced state-backed actors or sophisticated financially motivated campaigns, and a proven track record of tracking sophisticated threat actors.\n\nExperience working with large-scale telemetry, especially infrastructure hunting and by pivoting through query languages and scripting.\n\nFamiliarity with malware analysis and using YARA to hunt for malware.\n\nAbility to find novel and durable ways of identifying and tracking threat actors across multiple data sets.\n\nDeep subject matter expertise in at least one actor tracking mechanism (malware, infrastructure, etc.).\n\nWillingness to take on multiple roles to build out actor tracking.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nKnowledge of how attackers target the major cloud and identity providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native architectures.\n\nExperience building tools to exploit data sources in a repeatable and scalable manner.\n\nTrack record of public communication of novel and newsworthy findings.\n\nBackground in incident response, threat intelligence, or threat hunting.\n\nAbout the job:\nWe're looking for a Threat Intelligence Researcher (Cloud) to join the Threat Research team and spread the power of Wiz. In this role, you will track, analyze and report on the most advanced threats targeting cloud environments. We are aiming to hire a cyber espionage specialist and a cyber crime specialist.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify, analyze, and track advanced state-backed or/and financially motivated attackers that target cloud ecosystems.\n\nHunt through a wide range of data sources to identify malicious campaigns targeting Wiz customers.\n\nLeverage open and closed-data to track the infrastructure and malware used by advanced actors.\n\nInvestigate and attribute incidents, campaigns, and threat actors to understand more about the attackers and what motivates them.\n\nCommunicate novel findings to multiple audiences, including customers and the public.\n\nCompensation + Benefits \nCompensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits.
