someone who genuinely enjoys service delivery, takes responsibility and follows through without needing constant reminders.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nCommunicate confidently with customers in German through calls, meetings, emails and ticket updates.\n\nMake sure every ticket has an owner, a priority and clear next steps, and follow through until resolution.\n\nCoordinate engineers and colleagues, clarify responsibilities and help remove blockers.\n\nPrioritize urgent incidents, customer commitments and planned work according to impact and available capacity.\n\nIdentify delays and risks early, manage escalations and keep customers informed.\n\nImprove workflows, documentation and communication to make service delivery more reliable.\n\nGive management concise updates on progress, outstanding issues and decisions requiring attention.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nA minimum of five years of relevant industry experience in IT services, managed services, cloud infrastructure or a closely related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing customer-facing service delivery and coordinating technical teams.\n\nFluent spoken and written German, supported by a German language certificate.\n\nStrong English communication skills for working with the wider team.\n\nExperience with ticketing systems, incident management, service commitments and customer escalations.\n\nEnough technical understanding to discuss IT issues confidently and coordinate effectively with engineers.\n\nStrong organization, sound judgment and consistent follow-through.\n\nThe ability to work independently and communicate proactively in a remote environment.\n\nExperience supporting German-speaking customers and familiarity with ITIL practices would be an advantage.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nFully
