You will demonstrate a high degree of ownership to solve complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders to roll out solutions to those. Your ability to think big while focusing on constant execution will be admired and rewarded at WizCommerce. You will be solely responsible for ideating, executing, and launching the product features along with your team members from design and tech.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and own the product roadmap, collaborating with leadership, technology, and business teams to align on the same.\n\nDevelop your product’s vision, strategy, and goals with a strong focus on integrating AI-driven automation and intelligence across workflows.\n\nConduct user research to understand customer and business needs and translate them into scalable, AI-backed product solutions.\n\nCollaborate with data science and AI engineering teams to conceptualize and deploy AI/ML models that improve user experience, personalization, and decision-making.\n\nDefine the right set of metrics to measure product performance and the value that it provides to users.\n\nWork with the engineering team to plan and deliver product features as per the roadmap.\n\nCollaborate with designers to ideate and wireframe product designs.\n\nLead Go-To-Market efforts, ensuring product releases are effectively communicated to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify opportunities for AI-led improvements and enhanced engagement.\n\nOwn the success of your product.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, with hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven product development.\n\nDemonstrated experience in working with AI/ML teams to design, launch, or scale AI-enabled product features.\n\nStrong understanding of AI use cases such as automation, NLP, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.\n\nAbility to build strong customer relations and use them to gain insights into their businesses.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an experimentation mindset.\n\nExceptional ability to identify product improvements and contribute to marketing strategies.\n\nExcellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.\n\nProficient with
