This is a hands-on leadership role - you’ll not only lead and mentor a team of SDRs, but also roll up your sleeves to prospect, cold call, and demonstrate what great looks like.\nYou’ll build scalable outbound processes, coach SDRs to hit and exceed targets, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure a high-quality flow of qualified opportunities.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing outbound SDRs targeting the North American market\n\nOwn team quotas for meetings booked and pipeline generated\n\nDefine and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and playbooks for targeted verticals\n\nAct as a player-coach -
