If you’re looking for a place where you can make an impact and grow alongside a rapidly scaling company, we’d love to have you on board.\nWho You Are:\nDynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and team success. \nGo-to expert for coordinating crews, managing client relationships, and optimizing workflows in a fast-paced, hands-on environment \nThrive on solving challenges, inspiring teams, making a tangible impact, driving results, and know how to manage project financials. \nYou are comfortable finding solutions to business challenges internally and externally, and are able to communicate your findings clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally. \nYou do thorough work, and are organized in the way you manage your workload to multitask when necessary and meet deadlines. \nWhat You'll Own:\nLead warehouse racking installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and schedule attainment. \nServe as the primary customer contact, providing exceptional customer experience, project communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management. \nManage project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, travel costs, equipment expenses, profitability, and change orders. \nDevelop project schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and maintain critical project timelines. \nLead, train, mentor, and develop Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams while building future leaders. \nMonitor employee performance, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and hold teams accountable to company standards. \nDrive safety compliance through site audits, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices. \nOptimize?resource allocation, including?manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency \nPartner with Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. \nTrack key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability. \nConduct job walks, project reviews, customer meetings, and site inspections to ensure operational excellence. \nRequirements\nExperience You'll Need:\n5+ years of project management, operations management, construction management, or industrial installation leadership experience. \nExperience managing warehouse racking, material handling, industrial construction, or related installation projects. \nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial performance. \nStrong leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, training, and managing field installation teams. \nStrong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and operational execution. \nExcellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills. \nAbility to analyze project performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. \nKnowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to building a strong safety culture. \nWillingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions. \nPreferred: OSHA 30, or other project management certifications. \nBilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
