As a Data Scientist, you will lead medium-complexity data science projects, build robust predictive models, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical outputs into business impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end development of predictive and forecasting models, applying advanced statistical and feature engineering techniques.\nLead complex analyses, including segmentation, clustering, churn prediction, linear optimization, and NLP.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers to optimize Spark pipelines and with MLOps engineers for deployment on Azure Databricks.\nStandardize analytical templates and present data-driven insights to business partners with clear narratives and actionable steps.\nMust-have Skills\nExperience: 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied ML.\n Language: Advanced English level (Essential for presenting ideas clearly and consulting with diverse global stakeholders).\nStrong technical expertise in Python and SQL.\nProven experience with Spark and Databricks for scalable data processing.\nClear understanding of linear regression, clustering techniques, and experimentation methods (A/B testing, MLflow).\nStrong storytelling and consultative skills to effectively explain complex solutions, answer business questions, and \"sell\" data-driven ideas.\nNice-to-have:\n AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
