Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:\nMust-have Skills\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\nFrontend: Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and Next.js.\n\nBackend: Hands-on experience with Node.js\nStyling: Experience working with CSS-in-JS solutions.\n\nComponent Libraries & Design Systems: Experience building, maintaining, or working with reusable component libraries and design systems.\n\nStorybook: Hands-on experience using Storybook for developing, documenting, and testing UI components.\n\nAccessibility: Strong understanding of web accessibility principles and experience developing interfaces that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.\n\nFrontend Architecture: Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend solutions across different types of products.\n\nCode Quality: Strong focus on writing clean, reusable, tested, and well-documented code.\n\nCollaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.\n\nCommunication: Strong communication skills in English.\n\nNice-to-have Skills\nBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.\n\nExperience working directly with clients or stakeholders.\n\nHands-on experience working in an Agile environment.\n\nStrong understanding of modern web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3.\n\nExperience with responsive design and cross-browser development.\n\nStrong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.\n\nExperience contributing to or establishing frontend design systems and component standards.\n\nExperience with frontend testing frameworks and practices.\n\nExperience optimizing frontend applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nExperience working across different products, architectures, and technology stacks.\n\nNice-to-have\nAI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, coding, or process automation.
