Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive technical discussions and decisions, ensuring effective application architecture and programming standards are implemented.\nDesign and manage processes for software development, testing, monitoring, and change management, while collaborating with product teams to align technical and business goals.\nIdentify and address technical debt, continuously improving team productivity and supporting the delivery of high-impact mobile applications.\nContribute to the design and development of next-generation native iOS applications for premium digital products.\nEvaluate technical approaches, frameworks, and technologies based on business value, scalability, maintainability, and project delivery.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship within the team, leveraging strong knowledge of mobile development tools and technologies.\nStay informed about industry trends and emerging development techniques and make recommendations regarding their potential application.\n Must-have Skills (Remember to include years of experience)\n4+ years of experience in native iOS mobile application development.\nHands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.\nKnowledge of data structures, system design, and software design patterns.\nExperience with API design and application architectures such as MVC or MVVM.\nExperience with declarative UI development.\nExperience using Git and familiarity with DevOps practices.\nAbility to participate in technical discussions and make decisions related to application architecture, frameworks, scalability, maintainability, and software development standards.\nAbility to collaborate with product teams and align technical solutions with business goals.\nNice-to-have:\nAI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
