This role requires strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality assets within structured design systems and tight timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nVisual Asset Production: Design and produce digital and print content including ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and collateral.\nBrand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.\nProduction-Ready Deliverables: Deliver assets based on templates with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.\nCollaboration: Work closely with creative leads and offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables.\nMust-have Skills\n5-6 years of experience in Visual Communicator, visual or graphic design in production environments.\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.\nEnglish level: B2 Advanced or C1.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nFamiliarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.\nBasic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.\nAbility to multitask and manage shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.\nNice-to-have\nAI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows.\nExperience with content management platforms (e.g., AEM).\nFamiliarity with
