This role involves producing high-quality deliverables across digital and print formats using established templates, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and produce visual content, including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral, based on pre-defined templates.\n\nApply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and compliance across all formats.\n\nDeliver production-ready assets with minimal creative input, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.\n\nEnsure visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements.\n\nCollaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables and maintain quality under tight timelines.\n\nQualifications\n2-3 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in a high-volume production environment.\n\nExpertise in deck building/presentations and data visualization\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\n\nFamiliarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.\n\nBasic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.\n\nOrganized, reliable, and comfortable working within systems and under direction.\n\nExperience managing shifting priorities and multitasking in fast-paced environments.\n\nQuick to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and applications as needed.\n\nCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams and business units.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with content management platforms such as AEM.\n\nFamiliarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma.\n\nExperience in highly regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).\n\nUnderstanding of marketing workflows and collaborative review cycles.\n\nInterest in brand governance and production quality assurance.\n\nAI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research.
