will manage BOM costing, supplier negotiations, and logistics coordination to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery of electronic components.\nResponsibilities\nConsolidate Bill of Material (BOM) costing within designated timeframes to support budgeting and procurement accuracy\nPropose alternative electronic component manufacturer part numbers (MPNs) to optimize BOM cost and availability\nManage and update the BOM database using Excel and SAP systems to maintain data accuracy and integrity\nMaintain SAP system data integrity by regularly verifying and correcting inventory and procurement records\nNegotiate with suppliers on cost and lead time, escalating issues promptly to ensure supply chain efficiency\nMonitor and coordinate logistics movements of electronic components and materials to support production schedules\nConduct stocktaking, re-packing, and labeling of received electronic components and materials to maintain organized inventory\nLiaise with suppliers on Return Material Authorization (RMA) and quality rejects to resolve commercial and quality issues\nMaintain the office’s material holding and inventory storage areas to ensure proper organization and accessibility\nManage supplier relationships on all commercial matters to foster collaboration and secure favorable terms\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nDiploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a relevant field\n1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or supply chain roles within EMS/CM sectors\nKnowledge of the EMS electronic market and competitors is advantageous\nFamiliarity with SAP system is an added advantage\nSkills\nNegotiation, Microsoft Excel, EMS, SAP, Accountability, Supply Chain Management, Customer Focus, Customer
