You will work closely with software engineers, AI teams, product managers, and implementation teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure services for enterprise customers.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure for Wizpresso's applications and AI-enabled services.\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated software releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.\nManage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration platforms.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar technologies.\nMonitor application performance, infrastructure health, availability, and security using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch, or equivalent.\nLead incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities; improve system reliability through preventive engineering.\nEstablish backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability practices appropriate for enterprise customers.\nPartner with engineering teams to improve deployment architecture, system performance, security controls, and operational readiness.\nMaintain cloud security standards, including identity and access management, secrets management, network security, vulnerability management, encryption, and audit logging.\nSupport security, privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise software deployments, including customer due diligence and security questionnaires.\nOptimise infrastructure performance and cloud expenditure while maintaining reliability and service quality.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.\nProvide technical support for customer deployments, including private cloud, virtual private cloud, or on-premise environments where required.\nRequirements\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related role.\nStrong production experience with one or more major cloud platforms, preferably AWS; experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform is also welcome.\nSolid hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.\nProficiency in containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform; knowledge of Ansible, Helm, or CloudFormation is an advantage.\nStrong Linux administration, networking, troubleshooting, and scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.\nExperience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for production systems.\nGood understanding of cloud security, access control, network segmentation, secrets management, data protection, and vulnerability remediation.\nExperience supporting highly available, customer-facing SaaS platforms and managing production incidents.\nAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.\nStrong ownership, attention to detail, and a practical approach to resolving complex operational issues.\nProficiency in written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting AI, machine learning, LLM, data-processing, or document-intelligence platforms.\nExperience operating PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis, message queues, and object storage in production environments.\nFamiliarity with enterprise security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or Hong Kong data privacy requirements.\nExperience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, enterprise integrations, or deployment into regulated industries such as financial services, legal, insurance, or government.\nRelevant cloud, Kubernetes, or security certifications.\nWhat We Offer\nThe opportunity to build infrastructure for meaningful enterprise AI products used in regulatory, legal, and business-critical workflows.\nA high-impact role with direct ownership over platform reliability, security, and engineering efficiency.\nExposure to modern AI, workflow automation, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise software challenges.\nA collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to influence technical strategy and product direction.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits, commensurate with experience.\nAbout Wizpresso\nWizpresso develops enterprise AI solutions that help organisations automate complex workflows involving regulatory monitoring, due diligence, application vetting, document intelligence, governance, and compliance.
