The role ensures consistent execution across flight crew onboarding and logistics, emergency/training equipment support, monitors operational performance, and resolves issues within the defined scope.\nWhat we offer\nBase salary and employee bonus scheme\nUnlimited number of significantly discounted and confirmed seating tickets, giving access to a continuously growing network of destinations\nRelocation package (if applicable)\nLife insurance\nAYCM sport pass contracting possibility\nInstant impact, from any level of the organisation, exposure to C-suite management\nFast career progression, internal mobility and talent management supported by training opportunities (Wizz Academy and bespoke trainings)\nTrue international and multi-cultural work environment, passionate, driven and diverse teams\nResponsibilities\nOperations\nCoordinate daily Operations activities and allocate work across the team. \nMaintain cross-training and backup capability across teams. \nMonitor priorities, deadlines and open issues, resolving routine matters and escalating material risks. \nMaintain clear procedures, work instructions and operational ownership. \nEnsure timely and accurate Flight Crew onboarding administration. \nEnsure processes are executed consistently and compliant with applicable requirements. \nCoordinate equipment activities managed by the Group Training Supervisor. \nEnsure required training equipment is available for scheduled training. \nMonitor defects, maintenance actions and equipment availability. \nEscalate issues that may disrupt training or create compliance risk. \nPerformance & Improvement\nMonitor operational performance, compliance gaps, backlogs and equipment availability. \nSupport compliance monitoring, audits and corrective actions within the operational scope. \nIdentify recurring issues, implement practical process improvements and automation projects. \nImplement approved system and process changes within the Operations team. \nProvide clear performance, risk and recovery reporting to the Team Manager. \nAuthorities\nAssign and reprioritize work within the team. \nRequire correction of incomplete or non-compliant documentation. \nInitiate corrective actions within the assigned operational scope. \nEscalate material operational, equipment and compliance risks. \nExperience\n3-5+ years of relevant aviation, training or operational experience \nExperience coordinating the day-to-day work of individuals or a smaller team \nExperience handling medium- to high-complexity operational processes or projects in a regulated environment \nExperience in crew training operations, training administration, onboarding is an advantage \nHard skills\nUnderstanding of aviation training operations and applicable compliance requirements \nOperational KPI, capacity, workload and performance management \nProcess control, risk identification and continuous improvement \nStrong working knowledge of relevant business systems and Microsoft Office applications \nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience\nLanguage\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nSkills and competencies\nStrong operational coordination and organizational skills \nHigh ownership, accountability and attention to detail \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability \nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills \nAbility to guide a smaller team and build cross-functional capability \nContinuous improvement and service-oriented mindset \nWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.\nWe look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experience.
