About the Cabin Operations Department
The Cabin Operations Department ensures that the largest part of Wizz Air’s team-the Cabin Crew -operates in line with high standards of service and safety. Managers within this team work on processes and procedures, collaborating with in-house service providers such as Logistics and Rostering to optimize performance. This department ensures that the crew’s work environment fosters high engagement, motivation, and exceptional service quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Automatization Leadership: Co-lead automatization processes alongside Senior Managers to streamline operations
- Project Management: Lead short-term projects and developments within the department
- Crew Engagement: Develop and implement ideas to engage and motivate cabin crew, ensuring high levels of morale and performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Local Base Managers to create recognition programs that reward crew members at different bases, promoting consistent motivation across the network
- Vacation Management: Manage the Vacation Management ticketing system, ensuring the efficient handling of requests and maximizing the accommodation of Paid Holiday (HP) days for cabin crew members.
- Crew Support & Engagement: Coordinate and process cabin crew swap requests, balancing operational requirements with employee flexibility and engagement.
- Inflight Standards: Monitor and uphold inflight service and operational standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and the consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience.
- Quick Training Program (QTP) Management: Coordinate and oversee the Quick Training Program (QTP) for newly appointed Line Managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and supporting their successful integration into the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English
- Currently enrolled at a Hungarian university with active student status until at least summer 2026
- Graduating within two years
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Previous traineeship experience is an advantage
- Interested in aviation and excited to support Cabin Crew excellence
- A team player with a "work hard, play hard" mentality
