If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry, we welcome you to explore our job opportunities and become a part of our success story.\nWizz Management Trainee - Ground Operations\nBased in Budapest\nPurpose of the position:\nThe Ground Operations WMT is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the safe, cost-effective and punctual running of their allocated base’s operation.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsuring that Wizz Air’s operational KPIs are being met by the contracted partners at a given airport, daily reporting to the Ground Operations Manager in charge\nOn-site supervision at the given airport in all areas (passenger handling, ramp handling, load control, etc.)\nOverseeing performance of certain flights, assisting in reaching the desired quality of handling\nPreparing reports on the station’s performance in key areas\nConducting audits and daily checks on the given airport\nGeneral administration and reporting duties\nAny other task assigned by the Head of Ground Operations or the direct manager\nProvide administrative support for Ground Handling (GH) training activities, including training records management, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.\nRequirements:\nActive student status\nFluent English speaker\nExcellent communication and organization skills\nCreative and proactive personality with „can do” approach\nComputer skills\nFlexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic\nAviation experience is an advantage\nKnowledge of Newskies, AIMS and SITA systems is an advantage\nWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.\nWe look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experience.
