It is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, which includes contracting, HR systems, labour compliance, immigration, payroll, and taxation. This department plays a key role in ensuring that our employees are well-supported throughout their time at Wizz Air, from hiring to retirement.\nYour Responsibilities\nUnderstand Functional Domains:Gain an understanding of core HR systems, concerning automation, relocation, contractingand payroll.\n\nSupport Operations:Assist with the operative and administrative functionsof the department, ensuring smooth processes.\n\nTrack Data in HR System:Organize, maintain, and update data within the HR system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with HR Leads and Local Management:Work closely with HR Leadsto ensure processes run efficiently, and engage with Cabin Opsand Flight Opsmanagement to facilitate daily operations across the bases.\n\nContribute to HR Initiatives: Play an active role in theplanning, coordination, and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, supporting continuous improvement across HR processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFluent in English\n\nCurrently enrolled at a Hungarian universitywith active student status until at least January 2028\n\nGraduating within two years\n\nAvailable to work at least 20 hours per week\n\nStrong MS Office knowledge\n\nPrevious traineeship experienceis an advantage\n\nInterested in aviationand excited about HR operations\n\nA team playerwith a \"work hard, play hard\" mentality\n\nEagerness to challenge, learn and grow, viewing Wizz Air as a career opportunity\n\nWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.\nWe look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experience.
