The team oversees short- and long-term maintenance planning, manages aircraft transitions, ensures quality assurancewithin maintenance organizations, and provides real-time technical supportto resolve issues and minimize disruptions. With a diverse set of roles ranging from planning and fleet managementto hands-on technical oversight, the department ensures that every aircraft is safe, compliant, and ready to fly.\nYour Responsibilities\nOperational KPI Review: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to support continuous improvement in technical operations.\n\nAdministrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks across the department to ensure smooth daily operations.\n\nOutstation Maintenance Coordination: Support coordination of maintenance activities at outstations and maintain accurate file tracking.\n\nCross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.\n\nGlobal Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics activities worldwide on a case-by-case basis to support maintenance and operational needs.\n\nShipment Tracking: Arrange, trace, and track shipments globally to ensure timely delivery of critical components.\n\nParts Delivery Coordination: Support the delivery of aircraft parts for shop visits and overhaul events, ensuring alignment with maintenance schedules.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFluent in English\n\nCurrently enrolled at a Hungarian university with active student status for at least one more year\n\nGraduating within two years\n\nEngineering orData Analyticsstudies\n\nExperience withpredictive IT systems is an advantage\n\nAvailable to work at least 20 hours per week\n\nStrong MS Office knowledge(Excel, PowerPoint)\n\nPrevious traineeship experienceis a plus\n\nInterest in commercial strategy, pricing, and aviation\n\nAnalytical mindsetwith attention to detail\n\nA team playerwith a \"work hard, play hard\" approach\n\nAmbitious, eager to learn and grow, and looking at Wizz Air as a career opportunity\n\nWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.\nWe look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experience.
