improvements.\nResponsibilities\nRecovering crew schedule and line training plan after operational disruptions outside the 72-hour window \nPlanning crew routes based on the schedule and duty rules \nOptimizing the crew roster to ensure the highest crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements \nTaking responsibility for roster fatigue and the wellbeing of crew members \nLeading process and system improvement initiatives \nManaging cross-functional projects in cooperation with various stakeholders (Crew Control, Crew Planning, Cabin and Flight Operations, Training, Human Resources) \nEnsuring compliance with industry regulations, including duty and flight time limitations and Fatigue Risk Management \nExperience\nExperience with AIMS Crew and Ops systems is required \nKnowledge of working rules, limitations, and rest requirements is a must \nHard skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nKnowledge of crew scheduling regulations and systems \nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree is advantageous\nLanguage\nFluent spoken and written English\nSkills and competencies\nGrowth mindset and can-do attitude \nAbility to synthesize information into actionable recommendations \nGood oral and written presentation skills \nTeamwork and strong interpersonal
