She/he will be responsible for generating incremental ancillary revenue, which is a significant and growing source of income for Wizz Air.\nWhat we offer\nBase salary and employee bonus scheme\nUnlimited number of significantly discounted and confirmed seating tickets, giving access to a continuously growing network of destinations\nRelocation package (if applicable)\nLife insurance\nAYCM sport pass contracting possibility\nInstant impact, from any level of the organisation, exposure to C-suite management\nFast career progression, internal mobility and talent management supported by training opportunities (Wizz Academy and bespoke trainings)\nTrue international and multi-cultural work environment, passionate, driven and diverse teams\nResponsibilities\nManaging the portfolio of ancillary streams, such as products and services, offered by Wizz Air and its partners. \nAnalyzing and rigorously understanding each product definition, complexity, and touchpoint performance with the goal of defining and implementing actions for continuous performance improvement. \nImplementation and impact measurement of digital optimizations on all channels, in cooperation with the Digital Development Team. \nDefinition, value estimation, and prioritization of the digital development backlog, in cooperation with the Digital Revenue Product Manager. \nExploring business and consumer behavior trends, analyzing profitability, and building recommendations for senior management. \nManaging implementation of internal projects for existing ancillary revenue enhancements of Wizz Air products and partners (e.g., improvements of sales coverage, better conversion, enhancement in collection rates, and increase in unit revenue). \nDaily performance monitoring of each product in the portfolio, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget expectations. \nMonthly benchmarking of competitor ancillary service offers and fee levels. \nTaking responsibility and managing key partnership accounts:Managing tenders, partner selection, and contracting. \nMaintaining relationships with partner account managers. \nMonitoring financial performance. \nSupervising invoicing/payables/receivables. \nContinuously identifying improvement opportunities for each partnership. \n\nWorking with the team to constantly improve sales conversion rates and drive ancillary unit revenue improvement. \nManaging the full product development process from concept definition to business case preparation and project management of implementation. \nIdentifying new partner ancillary revenue opportunities, defining business cases, negotiating commercial terms, and managing cross-functional implementation of the identified partners. \nCollaborating with the Marketing Team on product marketing and the Operations Team on cost-saving opportunities. \nDefining and improving cross-functional processes to maximize ancillary revenue and customer convenience. \nIdentifying new industry trends and technological innovations with the aim of potentially integrating them into the business. \nParticipating and representing the Ancillary Revenue Team in cross-functional projects, as delegated. \nExperience\n3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years' experience in a multinational environment, preferably in a creative business development role or aviation\nHard skills\nE-commerce and digital development understanding \nStrong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to negotiate \nSolid project management skills \nBusiness and product development mindset \nStrong sense of business ownership and accountability for own portfolio \nSolid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills \nStrong presentation skills \nAdvanced level of Excel and PowerPoint \nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Digital, Economics, or Marketing\nLanguage\nFluent English (both spoken and written)\nSkills and competencies\nDedication, positivity, integrity, and inclusivity \nDrive to learn and improve professionally \nWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.\nWe look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experience.
