This role focuses on monitoring repetitive defects, performing troubleshooting analysis, and driving improvements in fleet reliability and maintenance practices.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop procedures to address long-term reliability issues \nInvestigate repetitive defects, issue corrective actions, and follow up post-rectification \nIdentify potential system failures under the predictive maintenance program, issue pre-emptive corrective actions, and follow up post-rectification \nCollaborate with MCC and engineering departments to resolve daily operational issues and assist with AOG recoveries \nOwn CEIS or trial projects, manage OEM reporting and communication and follow up post-trial \nOversee temporary repairs performed during AOG recoveries or base maintenance, liaise with OEM for final repair instructions, and coordinate with planning and material supply teams \nHandle long-term troubleshooting cases beyond MCC's scope, including OEM communication and rectification organization \nBuild strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure continued airworthiness and improve fleet reliability \nRefine processes to enhance aircraft reliability and AMP effectiveness \nLead ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned \nFollow Safety Management System requirements \nExperience\n4-7+ years overall working experience, with 3+ years of relevant work experience within a CAMO or AMO organization (desired)\nHard skills\nThorough knowledge of Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145 regulations \nExperience with AMOS (preferred) \nEducation\nBachelor's or Master’s degree \nB1/B2 license (beneficial) \nA320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) (desired) \nFuel Tank Safety, EWIS, and Human Factors training (desired) \nLanguage\nFluent English (both written and spoken)\nSkills and competencies\nProactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills \nAbility to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders \nStrong organizational and project management capabilities \nWhen applying, please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates, as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.\nWe look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experience.
