Job Summary\nSupervises and provides direct leadership for technicians. Manages workflow and assigns tasks.\nII. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nOversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.\nCoordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.\nReviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.\nPerforms mechanical duties as needed.\nMonitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.\nOversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.\nInterprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.\nCreates and submits reports as necessary.\nIII. Qualifications\nA. Required Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED (accredited)\n4 years years of relevant work experience.
