Job Summary\nCoordinates all onsite activities at client location in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of waste and other related services following federal, state and local regulations. Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel. Serves as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues. Maintains pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues.\nHours 1:30pm - 10:30pm\nII. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nCoordinate logistics for transportation of waste from client site including scheduling, manifesting, tracking and loading materials.\nResponsible for safe sorting and baling of materials\nManage hourly personnel including but not limited to hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary action.\nCoordinate shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage\nMaintains and exceeds customer expectations\nRequired to operate site specific equipment (forklifts, baler, etc.).\nPromote culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety, environmental, federal, state and local regulations.\nIII. Qualifications\nA. Required Qualifications\nAssociate's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field\nHigh School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two years of relevant experience\n2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)\nForklift certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment\nValid Drivers License\nB. Preferred Qualifications\nHazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) will be required if project site responsibilities includes the management of hazardous waste\nIV.
