The role works across Microsoft, cloud, network, and infrastructure technologies, supporting both day-to-day operations and key Digital Solutions initiatives.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupport and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud, server, and network environments.\nProvide Level 2 infrastructure support, troubleshooting and escalating priority issues where required.\nMonitor infrastructure performance and respond to alerts, faults, and service disruptions.\nManage patching, upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.\nSupport technology projects and the Digital Solutions roadmap.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and Disaster Recovery plans.\nConduct Disaster Recovery testing and support business continuity readiness.\nWork with vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements.\nEnsure infrastructure services align with Waste Management’s cyber security standards and best practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve resilience, automation, performance, and efficiency.\n What you’ll need:\nGood understanding of IT project management methodologies and delivery practices.\nKnowledge of ITIL practices and experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT Service Management platform.\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, business systems, and operational processes.\nExperience with Cisco and Meraki networking technologies, including VPNs, switching, routing, and wireless.\nExperience supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/cloud platforms, and Citrix environments.\nRelevant industry certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Azure/Microsoft certifications, or VMware VCP would be advantageous.\nA tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience.\n What we offer:\nCompetitive Salary Package\nValid and rewarding career path\nWork Life Balance Initiatives\nProfessional Development Opportunities\nOnsite Café and Carpark\nDiscounts on various products for you and your family to enjoy\nDiscounts on Fuel at Z!\nTo apply for this role click “ I'm interested ”\nPlease note -
