We’re growing, and this is a great time to join us.\nThe Role\nLocation: Remote with occasional visits to our Krakow or Katowice offices\nContract: UoP - permanent\nWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help us identify and qualify our next wave of customers. This is a stand alone role that looks outward, with no team management responsibilities. It is about understanding the market we sell into, building an accurate picture of the organisations that fit our products, opening conversations with the people inside them, and feeding what we learn back into how we position ourselves.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nMarket analysis, building and maintaining a view of the sectors and organisations that fit our products, and prioritising where we should focus\n\nTarget account and contact research, building structured account lists and keeping the underlying data accurate and current in our CRM\n\nInitial engagement with target contacts, opening conversations, understanding their situation, and assessing whether there is a genuine fit\n\nPreparing and booking qualified meetings for the management team, including the background research needed to make those conversations useful\n\nCompetitor and positioning analysis, tracking how alternative products are presented and feeding that back into our messaging\n\nPipeline and activity reporting, showing what has been tried, what is working, and where effort is best invested\n\nWorking with the management team to refine our approach based on what the data shows\n\nRequirements\nDegree educated in a technology related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar\n\n3 or more years experience in a sales, research/analysis or market-facing role\n\nStrong research skills, able to build an accurate picture of an organisation from limited information\n\nConfident opening conversations with senior people at organisations we have not worked with before\n\nExcellent verbal and written English communication, with spoken English to a high standard\n\nComfortable working to measurable targets and reporting openly on progress\n\nSelf-directed, able to own a workstream with limited supervision as part of a distributed team\n\nBenefits\nMotivizer Benefits Platform - with a monthly budget, you can choose medical care package, meal tickets, sports cards, cinema tickets, shop vouchers, discounts and many more.\nLanguage Courses - you'll have access to a multi-language learning platform enabling you to practice you language skills and learn new ones!\nTraining opportunities - both internally and from external providers.
