Across all locations we believe WM has a very special culture - one that treasures the unique, breeds entrepreneurship and celebrates the geek.\nHere’s what you can expect to get up to…\n\nTechnical design and architecture of M365/SharePoint projects\n\nWorking with our customers to advise and implement Microsoft 365 solutions\n\nSupport the full software development lifecycle of Microsoft 365 solutions.\n\nMentoring and oversight of the developer team\n\nRequirements\nWhat’s needed?\nMinimum of 2.1 in Computer Science or closely related degree\n\nExperience working in a digital/tech consultancy\n\nStrong C#, Microsoft .NET development background with at least 2 years experience.\n\nWeb user experiences and SPAs: React, TypeScript, HTML 5, CSS\n\nAzure cloud-native development: Platform-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service. Azure DevOps: CI/CD, build and release pipelines, YAML\n\nREST and API Management, with microservices architectures\n\nMicrosoft 365 including SharePoint/Power Platform knowledge would be beneficial\n\nIn our annual employee survey employees rated their overall satisfaction at a 6.4/7 on average.
