The program offers exposure to both strategic and transactional procurement processes while helping develop foundational skills in supply chain management, supplier relationship management, analytics, and business partnership.\nWhat You'll Do\nDirect Sourcing Rotation\nSupport category managers and sourcing professionals in reviewing supplier spend and market data.\nAssist with supplier research, benchmarking, and sourcing event preparation.\nParticipate in supplier evaluation and selection processes.\nAnalyze procurement opportunities related to operational goods and services.\nSupport category strategy development and sourcing documentation.\nIndirect Sourcing Rotation\nAssist sourcing managers supporting categories such as technology, professional services, telecom, contingent workforce, or corporate services.\nConduct spend and contract analysis to identify savings and process improvement opportunities.\nHelp prepare RFPs, RFQs, supplier scorecards, and sourcing recommendations.\nParticipate in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional project discussions.\nSupport contract review and supplier management activities.\nProcurement Operations Rotation\nGain exposure to requisition-to-pay processes and procurement systems.\nAssist with procurement data analysis, reporting, and operational metrics.\nSupport process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and user experience.\nHelp document workflows, procedures, and procurement best practices.\nWork with internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing-related questions.\nProgram-Wide Responsibilities\nComplete a summer project with measurable business impact.\nPresent findings and recommendations to Supply Chain leadership.\nCollaborate with team members across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Digital, and other corporate functions.\nParticipate in professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities.\nApply analytical and problem-solving skills to real business challenges.\nQualifications\nRequired\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:.
