Click Apply to join the WM team today.\nI. Job Summary\nUnder general supervision, performs preventive maintenance services and inspects, diagnoses and repairs compactors and containers.\nII. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nWorks under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.\nPerforms repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.\nPerforms inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems as needed.\nUtilizes computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.\nEstimates time and material costs on compactor and container repairs and requisitions new parts.\nPerforms all work within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).\nPerforms service calls for emergency breakdowns.\nConducts safety checks on compactors and containers.\nCompletes required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.\nAssists senior technicians in the completion of project work.\nMaintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.\nIII. Qualifications\nA.
