Job Summary\nUnder direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate receives, stocks, picks, packs, and ships customer orders. Assembles mail-back and other product kits.\nII. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssembles mailback and other product kits according to established procedures. Picks kits and stock items from printed pick list to fulfill customer orders\nPacks orders for shipment to insure efficient use of materials and safety of items in transit\nUnloads, inspects, and reports status of inbound inventory receipts\nUses computer systems to execute outbound order shipments\nStocks pick and rack locations to meet projected demand requirements\nWorks toward achieving maximum efficiencies in an established work environment while maintaining safety & compliance with all applicable rules and regulations\nPerforms physical inventory counts\nProvides feedback to management on ways to increase efficiencies and the effectiveness of servicing customer needs. Participates in process improvement activities (LEAN)\nPerforms necessary record keeping activities\nPerform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned\nIII. Qualifications\nA. Required Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED (accredited) equivalent\n6 months of work experience, preferably in a plant/warehouse environment with a safety focus\nB.
