Paid Ads Execution (Meta & Google)\n\nBuild, launch, and monitor daily paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display).\n\nWrite punchy ad copy and test continuous variations of creatives, copy, and audience targeting to lower CPA and boost CTR.\n\nManage day-to-day audience targeting, retargeting setups, and basic campaign optimizations.\n\n2. Content Creation & Social Media Management\n\nPlan, shoot, and edit original organic and paid content for key channels (Reels, TikToks, graphics, text posts).\n\nMaintain a structured content calendar, stay ahead of social trends and audio formats, and interact with our online community.\n\nRepurpose long-form brand content into short, shareable social assets.\n\n3. Budget Tracking & Campaign Analytics\n\nMonitor daily campaign budgets across Meta and Google to ensure ad spend stays strictly on target.\n\nSet up and maintain basic conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, standard events).\n\nTrack daily and weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and update performance tracking sheets/dashboards.\n\n4.
