This individual will analyze audience behavior, media consumption, cultural trends, and talent performance to help identify opportunities and support the growth of our clients’ businesses.The Analyst will work closely with team members to translate research and data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for agents and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their expertise in the media, entertainment, and sports industries. This role will support WME Group businesses, including WME, IMG Licensing, and Pantheon.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze the performance of television, film and digital content, and talent across traditional and digital platforms.\nResearch and assess consumer behavior, audience preferences, and engagement trends across entertainment, sports, media, and brands.\nMonitor cultural trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in consumer interests to identify relevant insights and opportunities.\nConduct social media research and analysis to evaluate audience engagement, sentiment, and talent performance.\nSynthesize quantitative and qualitative research into clear, actionable insights and compelling presentations for internal stakeholders.\nSupport the development of research reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for agents and business teams.\nCollaborate with WME Insights team members on ongoing research projects and ad hoc business requests.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, statistics, economics, or a related field required; master’s degree a plus.\n1+ years of relevant experience in market research, consumer insights, media research, marketing analytics, or a related field; relevant internships may be considered.\nFamiliarity with research tools, audience measurement, market research, and social listening platforms (i.e. Nielsen, Luminate, Tubular, Chartmetric, Power BI etc. or similar tools)Strong analytical and research skills, with an interest in understanding consumer behavior, audience trends, and market dynamics.\nAbility to interpret data and research findings and translate them into clear, compelling narratives and actionable insights.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.\nHighly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interest in entertainment, sports, media, and popular culture.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nAI fluency, including familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance research, identify trends, and synthesize insights.\n\nPer local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
