The Assistant will also have the ability to effectively navigate the shifting needs and demands of the clients, senior business leaders and their teams. Daily screen incoming calls and emails in a timely professional manner and route accordingly. Research industry related items for presentations and proposals. Update portfolio log and models booking chart. Weekly updates of client calendars. Manage email activity, scheduling calendar appointments, and coordinating meetings.
