Billing responsibilities include but are not limited to advance and final invoicing, reconciling production job wraps, processing expenses through concur expense management system, credit card coding, submitting and processing vendor invoices, handling new vendor setups, tracking incoming and outgoing payments, organizing and communicating regular accounting overviews for artists, and working closely with the accounting team. Post production responsibilities include being the point person between the artist and the client, creating and managing post production budgets, negotiating expenses, booking vendors, managing calendars, meeting deadlines, and calling in final artwork.\nYou Have These:\nAssociate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of administrative and billing experience\nHighly developed administrative skills in comparable field is a plus\nMust be organized in overseeing numerous coinciding projects\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, CRM systems and ability to learn new systems\nProfessional communication skills to interface with clients and artists\nSpecialized knowledge of the fashion and advertising market\nInterest in contemporary photography, fashion, pop culture and publishing\nHow We Work:\nWME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
